CA Amit Dhadiwal:

He is a fellow Chartered Accountant with qualification in Information systems Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also equipped with Diploma in InternationalTaxation. He is in practice since November 2005.
He has expertise in areas of Income tax and Auditing that include Compliance and Regulatory Matters. He is also deeply associated in areas of Bank Audit (Both Statutory and Concurrent), Information SystemsAudit, Project Financing, Due Diligence, etc.
He provides consultancy &Tax Structures for set up of new Business.
He handles scrutiny, appeals and other Direct and Indirect tax matters.
He had been a part of a team on the Fixed Asset Verification and reconciliation assignment for whole of Maharashtra state for Vodafone except for Mumbai covering more than 1200 tower sites. It included site verification of all telecom towers with assets at each place being captured and reconciled.

CA Preeti Mirpuri:

She is an Associate Chartered Accountant with 6 years of post qualification experience. She is also equipped with Diploma in International Taxation.
She has handled Tax related matters for Individuals (Residents/Non-Residents), Partnership firms, Hindu Undivided Families,Trusts & Companies.
She is involved in planning and conducting professional audit assignments including Income Tax Audit, VAT Audit, Statutory Audit and Stock Audit, reviewing Internal Controls and evaluation of accounting system for inefficiency.
Providing consultation and guidance to clients regarding application of Accounting Policies & Standards as well as maintenance of books of accounts and allied documents.
